Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify and research potential customers in the energy industry and other relevant markets.
Generate leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and industry events.
Qualify leads to determine their fit with our products and services.
Sales Outreach and Follow-Up:
Conduct outbound sales activities to engage with prospects and present our innovative software solutions.
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations via phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
Follow up with leads and prospects to maintain engagement and move them through the sales pipeline.
Coordination with Senior Executives:
Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and senior executives.
Prepare and present sales reports and insights to senior leadership.
Collaborate with senior executives to refine and implement agile sales strategies.
Collaborative Strategy Development:
Actively contribute to the development and evolution of the sales strategy, providing input and feedback based on market insights and customer interactions.
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals in a fast-paced startup environment.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to help customers maximize the value of our software.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Manage and update the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and progress towards targets.
Ensure accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Product Knowledge and Training:
Stay up-to-date with our cutting-edge software products, features, and industry trends.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and market insights.
Startup Culture Engagement:
Embrace the dynamic and flexible nature of a startup environment, contributing to various aspects of the business as needed.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and company events to foster a collaborative and innovative culture.
